My client is looking to recruit up to three excellent Customer facing Help Desk Support Analysts for their large central London based client. Working in a small and very busy help desk team you will come from either

A help desk background where you are keen to build on your existing skill-set

OR.....

A customer support background and are keen to move into an IT Support function

My client is looking at various levels of skill and expertise but it is of paramount importance that you possess very strong customer awareness as you will be performing a very visible and public role in support of the end user

Also important is

- strong IT awareness
- understanding of ITIL
- ability to work to SLAs
- excellent team player
- awareness of MS Office, Windows, Laptops etc
- superb telephone and desk-side manner
- the ability to explain situations and solutions to non-IT people in a calm, patient and reassuring manner
- a good problem solver
- able to schedule tasks in an efficient manner
- proven troubleshooting skills
