I am partnering with a boutique, distribution company in west London on their first pann-european HR vacancy as they continue to grow.


We are looking for a Human Resources graduate with 1-3 years' relevant work experience, who will support the Company's HR agenda including ad-hoc projects, first line advice as well as some strategic projects.

This role would suit someone who has HR administrative experience and is ready to take on an advisory role.There is a requirement that the post-holder will meet the changing client needs, re-prioritizing as necessary and working closely with the entire business as an effective and high-value service.

The ideal candidate will also have a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification, willing to study towards level 7 and preferably a degree.

French-speaking will be required as its a multi-site role with travel to the Paris office when required.

Some of the duties may include: Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle from new starter process through to exit interviews, HRIS database Administration of all new starters, leavers, transfers and amendments etc. Probation letters, Salary change, Ensuring proof of right to work documentation are received for all staff
