My client is a global engineering / logistics, construction organisation going through an exciting period of change. Off the back of this exciting project, they are now looking for an HR Advisor to join the team, supporting the business within a truly generalist role, supporting 3 keys areas. Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and true business partnering with the regional HR partners and HR director.

Being based on the Humber, you will be supporting predominantly blue-collar employees as well as the corporate functions in Kent as well. You would ideally be an ambitious person as you have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business as part of a wider HR team who have a passion for all things people.

Reporting directly into and working closely with the HR Manager, you will work alongside an exceptional HR Team. Having strong knowledge of HR as well as the logistics industry is really important, as it will allow you to grow your knowledge of both the industry and generalist HR areas.

You will have a hands-on approach to all aspects, supporting recruitment managers with senior hires while owning the end to end process for junior and administrative roles. You will be responsible for employee relations case work, looking at low - mid level cases and supporting with restructures and consultations. The employee lifecycle is of the upmost importance to the organisation, so you will constantly seek to improve processes and the journey from talent attraction, onboarding trough to day to day life with this global brand.

This role would provide a great challenge for someone who has worked in a standalone capacity or for someone who has lots of autonomy within their current role. Stakeholder management is key, and with various locations internationally to connect with, you will build relationships and communicate with ease with the wider stakeholders in the business.
