We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a HR Analyst to join our organisation and to partner with our business leaders and Senior HR team across our EMEA business.

What you will do
The HR Analyst will provide specialist HR data reporting/analysis and CI project support to the EMEA HR team ensuring effective data collection, analysis and reporting on confidential HR data for specific populations according to agreed timetables.

The HR Analyst will develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics and present to HRBP's, COE's, other Functional groups and HR leadership. Troubleshooting data and reports the HR Analyst will discuss with the HR Management team, highlighting issues and making recommendations to address issues and priorities.

How you will do it
The HR Analyst will have excellent IT skills and will be able to produce detailed reports as well as making oral presentations to the business and wider HR Teams. Gaining a wide understanding of the various business lines the HR Analyst will identify and lead continuous improvement projects and assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs.

What we look for
For this specialist role Johnson Controls are looking for a HR Analyst with experience of producing HR Metrics using Workday and Peoplesoft and evidence of producing, analysing and reporting on data. You much have outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be highly competent with MS office including Excel and PowerPoint. You will have solid project management skills and be accredited or willing to obtain CI Green/ Yellow Belt.
