Are you an HR Assistant looking to gain more ownership and autonomy over your work? Or, high potential HR Coordinator wanting to take your next step? If, so this could be the perfect option for you to explore!

My client is a award winning Ad Agency and part of a global company and they are going through an exciting period of growth. Off the back of winning new clients, they are now looking for an HR Assistant to join the team, supporting the business within a truly generalist role, supporting 3 keys areas. Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and fast paced BAU.

Being based in central London, you will be supporting predominantly the HR team and contributing towards their amazing brand and culture. You will be an ambitious person as you have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business as part of a wider HR team who have a passion for all things people.

Reporting directly into and working closely with the HR Manager, you will work within an exceptional HR Team. Having basic knowledge of HR as well as well as the drive to develop is really important, as it will allow you to grow your skills of both the consultancy industry and generalist HR remit.

You will have a hands-on approach to your work and will be responsible for employee relations case work, looking at low - mid level cases and supporting with restructures and consultations. The employee lifecycle is of the upmost importance to the organisation, so you will constantly seek to improve processes and the journey from talent attraction, onboarding trough to day to day life with this global brand.

This role would provide a great challenge for someone who has worked in a standalone capacity or for someone who has lots of exposure to HR and wanting to grow within a small team. As a consultant, building relationships and being able to communicate with ease with your peers and clients is essential.
