HR Business Partner- Glasgow- Initial 6-month contract

One of my largest clients, a world leading technology consultancy, are looking for a HR Business Partner to come and work onsite in Glasgow for an initial 6-month contract.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
*Supports HR Consultants who work with pursuit teams to shape and influence the people solution to ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved through deal value attainment, particularly as it relates to TUPE/ARD implications (i.e. risks associated with the HR solution)
*Provides leadership and direction on the HR components of services sales opportunities
*Identifies and helps remove HR related barriers to enable winning of new business
*Drives effective connectivity between the business pursuit team and the HR team to ensure execution of the people solution
*Facilitates communication and knowledge sharing within the broader HR team, and across other functional teams to ensure stakeholder buy-in, key resource involvement, and effective execution
*May be asked to represent HR aspects in Customer meetings when appropriate
*Evaluates and mitigates HR risks in sales opportunities
*May participate in and represent HR in the deal governance process
*Manages HR escalations
*Provides HR input to RFI and RFP responses
*Engages other HR organizations as necessary to support sales opportunities
*Assesses regulatory requirements and reviews people-related contractual terms and conditions
*Under general direction provides HR support both internally and externally on the HR components of account shut activities
*Gathers and provides due diligence data as requested
*If required, conducts communication and consultation meetings (including measures) with impacted employees
*Ensures all actions, communications and documentation are legally compliant
*Adapts all requirements and activities to meet local country requirements
*Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure the transfer of employees meets determined timelines to ensure execution of the people solution

Prerequisites:
*Strong prior HR Business Partner and ARD/TUPE in and out experience
*Experience with creating measures statements
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent presentation skills
*Ability to influence stakeholders
*Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
*Broad HR knowledge across multiple disciplines (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development)
*Ability to travel if required
