HR Data Analyst urgently required for a global retail manufacturing company. This is a 6 month contract based in London - Remote working to start with.
As the HR Data Analyst you have experience to interpret data and turn it into information to improve the business. Reporting back to the Talent Acquisition Strategy team.
You will be responsible for the provision of data analytics relating to the temporary workforce with the aim of establishing how many temporary workers are employed on a global scale. Supporting the collation of data for the preparation of a business case for a VMS platform, allowing the business to manage their contingent workforce globally, across markets and affiliates

Help define the temporary workforce, from Consultants to employees deployed in a Statement of Work, individuals who are self-employed, true temps and contractors, and business process outsourcing relationships, working in partnership with the Strategic Workforce Planning team
Qualifications and Experience

Experience in People and Culture/and preferably contingent labour on a global scale
Strong collaboration and team working skills
Proven data gathering and reporting
Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
Ability to analyse large datasets
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Attention to detail
Stakeholder engagement experience
Experience of VMS platforms preferred (i.e. Field glass/SAP)
Focus on delivery
Strong influencing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration and team working skills
