You will be tasked with partnering with the organisations existing HR function and working closely with stakeholders. Consultants review and develop HR ways of working, processes and use of the latest HR technology to create and agile, responsive, efficient and modern HR functions.

It's not simply enough to have the right people doing the right things at the right time. They all need to fit into the right structure. HR consultants understand that people cannot succeed without an optimal operating model. You will be a specialist in integrating people issues with organisational strategy and transformation, thus enhancing clients' organisational performance, productivity and profitability through its people.

What work you'll be doing;

Here are some of the things you may be doing within HR Advisory:
*Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according to values
*Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
*Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
*Advise our clients on the design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programmes

Here are some of the things you may be doing within HR Technology:
*Understand and map our clients' end-to-end HR-process
*Collaborate closely together with HR Advisory to propose improvements an HR process
*Implement our clients' requirements into an HR IT-system
*Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns
*Help our clients select the best HR information system that suits their needs

*By working with varied national and multinational clients across industries and governmental agencies, you'll expand your understanding of the diverse challenges facing organisations of all types
*Increasingly, you'll learn how new target operating models can transform organisational performance
*As you grow in the job, you'll develop your skills in both the organisational psychology and technology areas of this critical area of consultancy
*As you develop in seniority, you'll gain additional responsibility for business development by building and delivering business proposals on various human capital topics
*Having developed your management skills, you'll lead your own teams passing on your experience through coaching and developing others

The two levels I am seeking;
*Consultants: 5 years+ experience within HR consulting across a wide range of industry sectors/clients.
*Senior Managers: 10 years + industry experience within HR consulting and project management, with proven experience of leading on several HR transformation projects.
