This organisation's HR Team is one that you will want to be a part of as they truly do care about staff and doing what they can to help those around them such as well being days, employee support systems and charity fundraising.
Within this role, you will be working with the HR team on delivering successful processes to progress the employee relations within the business. As times change this HR team is working extremely hard on the best practices for all processes and policies ensuring they are in compliance with all legislation and overall creating the most reliable HR function. As you are aware within a role like this, no day is the same and each day you will face new challenges with your responsibilities at hand, discretion and confidentiality are key.
The ideal candidate would have great generalist knowledge of HR, Learning & Development and Organisation Development. The ability to review and develop policies, handle staff appraisals and employee relations tasks such as problem-solving and mediation. Given the role, you would be required to have strong leadership skills and the ability to influence those around you alongside excellent written and verbal communication.
