HR Manager (f/m/d)
This new role will deliver exceptional HR operations to the regional team and help support EMEA. I am looking for a talented individual to join the HR team, ready and willing to go the next step for future growth.

You are an international experienced HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and an open mind.

- General handling of HR matters nationally
- Driving recruitment & sourcing activities: advising on recruitment strategy
- Independently designing and developing our employer branding
- Collaborating with regional partners HR functions
- Managing global processes (Contribution Management, Talent Development, Compensation)
- HR process improvements and support for global projects
- Team member well-being activities
- A degree in Human Resources or otherwise relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
- Hands-on, pragmatic attitude and problem solver with lots of creative energy
- Excellent English and German language skills, other languages a plus
- Intercultural savvy and a real joyful personality and team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills when dealing with management and team members
- Flexibility to travel approx. 10%
