Claremont HR are excited to be partnering with a unique, boutique consultancy in the heart of London.
We are seeking PMs, PMO's, HR Transformation and HR Change Specialists who are looking to work strategically and operationally on the implementation of HRIS / IT systems and associated technology.
As a consultant, you will need to be someone with a 'constants mindset'. This means, you would ideally be competent in quickly identifying the importance of the business and project deliverables and constraints. Then, need to solve, design and consult on the business projects in an analytical and personal manor. Much of the work is to bridge the gap between HR and their technology partners, especially on time-critical high cost projects. Successful candidates will need to have prior exposure to Oracle, SAP or Workday.
Many of our client's projects support organisations with their HR Transformation. This means previous expertise in working alongside HR departments and getting involved in implementing all aspects of HR transformation, from changes to HR technology to changes in roles and operating models is essential.
