Opportunity to join the worlds leading Sports Data company as a Senior HR Systems Specialist focussing on Workday. Sitting at the exciting intersection of sports, media, and advertising. the team you will join are tasked with automating, scaling, and future proofing People Systems & processes. In this role you will lead the configuration of Advanced Compensation & Performance.
To be successful you will need strong Workday skills, previous project management experience and have the ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently. Strong relationship building skills are required to work successfully with other groups across the organisation.

The Challenge:

  • Responsible for the configuration of Advanced Compensation & Performance including aligning key configuration decisions with stakeholders, developing and completing tests, and managing change both within the People team as well as the wider business.

  • Owns configuration and maintenance for assigned areas including release management, data auditing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve and adapt to business needs.

  • Leads the People Systems aspects of the annual pay & performance cycle, collaborating closely with our Head of Total Rewards, Head of Talent Development, and People Partners to provide a seamless systems experience.

  • Researches new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community.

  • Ensures confidentiality of information and protection of rights of end-users and owners of data based on security requirements and functional area. Sets- up, modifies, and maintains security accordingly.

  • Supports the wider People Systems team by offering creative Workday solutions to complex challenges or requirements.

  • Evaluates challenges raised by stakeholders and provides practical solutions whether through feature adoption, training, configuration changes, or otherwise.


  • Proficient in Advanced Compensation configuration, including stocks. Able to advise on best practice and lead all improvement initiatives.

  • Experienced in Performance, including reviews, feedback, and goals.

  • Advanced understanding of Workday security, able to troubleshoot challenges by evaluating domains and roles.

  • Proficient with calculated fields for both reporting & business processes.

  • Experienced in people process design and optimization such as performance review & merit cycle.

  • Ability to guide the business through change and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve high adoption rates.

  • A team player with excellent organization, prioritisation, project and time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic organisation which is undergoing transformational change.

  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization and speak in a way that other less technical colleagues can understand.

  • Previous experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment with demanding priorities and business needs.
