As an HVAC Installation Coordinator in North East area, with an office in Gateshead, you will take the ownership of coordinating installations for maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability through efficiency and productivity.
How you will do it
Your main role responsibility is to coordinates the scheduling of installations through allocating appropriate field personnel to install new HVAC systems, with consideration of their specific skills, and abilities. We are one team, and you will be working alongside the Field Line Manager to ensure that the schedule is maximized in order to meet and exceed daily numbers.
We are focused on providing great customer service, so part of your role will be to communicate with customer to confirm the scheduling of their installation and attend WIP Reviews with installation team.
We ask you to provide detailed information about installation job to installers before job is scheduled, assign and dispatch installation Technicians on a daily basis but also secure any permits needed for job.
As you will keep an eye on the progress of our projects, we ask you to place equipment orders to meet installation dates; track job, field personnel, and backlog status on appropriate spreadsheets.
We are looking for an experienced coordinator, who was previously involved in submitting finished paperwork, invoicing customers and resolving issues relating to finance.
What we look for
*At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with outstanding Customer interaction skills. Preferably in a fast-paced environment.
*Possess enthusiasm, persuasiveness, accuracy, and ability to work on own initiative
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (Training will be given for JCI's own Systems)
*Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service - not essential but desirable
