Based at our Customer Support Centre in Manchester City Centre, The role of Inbound Sales Advisor will be to maximise sales opportunities through the qualification of all leads submitted by our engineers, new customers, and existing customers and all other ADT personnel. By doing so you will create opportunities for both the field and telesales teams.
The Inbound Sales Advisor will review all submitted leads to ensure that they meet our set criteria. This includes the management of leads resulting from call and web enquiries within a 24 hour period from submission.
The Inbound Sales Advisor will specialise in the qualification of each lead and take ownership of the customer and progressing through to opportunity once buying intent has been established. You will then communicate effectively with the field sales advisors and field managers and create customer appointments in the diary.
The successful candidate will be a target orientated individual and an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers. You will have the ability to maximise new business and extra work enquiries as well as identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell our market leading ADT products and services.
This is very much a targeted role and on a daily basis, the Inbound Sales Advisor will be tasked with turning inbound customer enquiries into Sales opportunities for our field sales team. You will be targeted on the number of appointments they create each week.
You will build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders including Service and Sales Managers, Field Line Managers, Installation departments, service departments and engineering staff.
