What you will do

Based at our Customer Support Centre in Manchester City Centre, The role of Inbound Sales Advisor will be to maximise sales opportunities through the qualification of all leads submitted by our engineers, new customers, and existing customers and all other ADT personnel. You will then communicate effectively with the field sales advisors and field managers and create customer appointments in the diary.

The successful candidate will be a target orientated individual and an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers. You will have the ability to maximise new business and extra work enquiries as well as identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell our market leading ADT products and services.
