What you will do

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will maximise sales opportunities of market-leading domestic and commercial security systems. Working as part of an established team of Inbound Sales Advisors you will review all submitted leads to ensure they meet set criteria. You will process all information from enquiries in order to effectively qualify and progress leads into sales opportunities and communicate effectively with field sales consultants and management.

How you will do it

Working to achieve predefined performance targets, you will respond to web enquiries submitted through our website in a polite and professional manner. You will promote the brand to all existing and prospective customers and provide accurate information on products, policies and procedures and undertake all administration tasks related to processing leads and opportunities. You will build strong relationships with internal and external departments.
