The Inside Sales Specialist will develop multiple existing accounts by growing and protecting existing customer revenue. You will have the opportunity to utilise our full product portfolio and use technological innovation to enhance relationships and enhance revenue. These will be predominantly small spending accounts with a view to increasing our wallet share.
As Inside Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the Account Representative team to ensure the co-ordination of projects, customer delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved. You will maintain relationship with the customer post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Taking ownership of the customer and their issues. At all times you will present us as a credible and professional supplier of fire and security products and you'll maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments and standards.
How you will do it:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will ensure you understand each customers own KPI's and how we can facilitate these. Key contacts include: internal Account Directors, Strategic Account Managers, Bid Manager, other Client Managers, Programme Managers and Operations Departments. You will maintain and develop relationships through a structured and managed customer delivery and demonstrate an understanding of customer pains and ability to adapt approach to suit.
