Inside Sales Team Leader

What you will do:

As Inside Sales Team Leader you will directly manage a team of internal sales consultants responsible for growing recurring revenue through service and maintenance contracts with fire suppression customers. You will support a customer retention programme and will grow and develop deficiency and product sales along with providing support to the Inside Sales Manager with other centralized functions.

How you will do it:

As Inside Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for collating all aspects of the management of the workloads and development of staff including workloads, KPIs, team objectives and goals, and individual sales targets. You will nurture and develop the team through regular 1-2-1s and sales coaching.
