Planning work in a timely manner as it appears on the work bank. All new jobs and outstanding follow up work's to be rung within 48 hours of showing on the work bank.
How you will do it
*Need to be proactive work through the work bank alone daily, updating notes, chasing start dates, handovers etc. At least one note per month per job.
*Supplier invoice reconciliation to be completed in a timely manner
*Raising sub-contract orders without being prompted
*Ordering kit minimum of 2 days in advance of the start date and contacting all customers to confirm delivery of kit, exception of next day delivery, site running to schedule and power and phone point are installed. Confirm with the customer if someone is always on site or if our engineer is working on his own. Notes on JDE to confirm. Ask the customer about spur points and BT line
*Informing engineers of hours on job and checking progress near the end of day.
*Issuing jobs packs.
*Have a weekly review with Field Line Manager.
*Handle customer calls.
