This will involve delivering business area communication from senior leaders and support teams, through a range of traditional, digital and social engagement platforms. The Internal Communication Officer position is key to maintaining and improving our employee awareness of business performance updates, employee engagement, wellbeing activity and organisational changes, whilst ensuring visibility of the senior leadership team.

How you will do it
Working as part of a small and close-knit team, you will support the internal communications strategy to ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated. You will be responsible for planning, editing and writing content for a variety of mediums including regular email bulletins, monthly newsletters, leadership calls and presentations. You will also use feedback to adjust communications content accordingly, as well as researching and piloting alternative communications methods to increase engagement.

The successful candidate will display strong interpersonal skills to establish professional relationships at all levels and the confidence to manage stakeholders. Someone with experience in a marketing or employee engagement role could also be suitable for this position.
