My client, a large manufacturing concern based near Folkestone, is looking to strong IT Support people who will be able to demonstrate that they have strong skills in at least some of the following areas

- Providing remote IT Support
- Service Desk support
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Exchange
- Ms Office
- 3rd level support
- IT Deployment
- User support
- Problem management
- Incident management
- Network support
- Support of Cisco equipment
- Virtualisation
- Firewalls
- Security
- Data storage

The successful candidate will be responsible for

- Project based work
- BAU
- 3rd line support
- Network Support
- IT Security
- Training of team members
- Testing, evaluation and roll out of new hardware/software etc
