This would be a fully remote role, has flexibility, strong Application Integration experience, with strategic leadership skills and communication is expected preferably in Pharma Manufacturing integration.
Strong technical leadership in M&A area leading technical teams as part of strategic team to support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Horsham, UK and other global locations
Responsibilities and Duties:
Partner with cross-functional teams - Business Units, IT Operations, PMO office, Infrastructure, vendors and IT security, with conflicting priorities to help integrate and harmonize various systems with focus on reducing business risk by implementation of same
Lead different teams teams, integration of different IT systems like SAP, MES, Trackwise, Empower, etc while continuously supporting dependencies/ projects from the Infrastructure and applications team
Secure business justification, gain executive alignment, plan, and implement transformational M&A programs/projects, as a technical leader for M&A projects
Oversee all aspects of assigned projects/programs including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery in a very dynamic environment.
Proactively manage assigned projects/programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts.
Ensure projects/programs are properly progressing through the implementation cycle including proper definition, analysis, design, development, testing, training and deployment.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, customer relationships and third-party vendors as needed, including managing a highly complex political environment
Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in the discipline of M&A integration program management as well as multiple business processes and/or technical areas.
Participate with management and other PMs in establishing best practices in program management methods and tools.
Lead team to resolve all program/project issues and impediments on a timely manner, effectively communicate, manage expectations and resolve conflicts working closely with team and leadership
