My client is looking to recruit a good, strong IT Support Analyst to join their busy and exciting Vienna based IT department

**** To be considered you need to be a FLUENT German speaker and the role is office based, so please bear in mind that you will need to be based in Austria****

This position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact by providing prompt and professional resolution of requests in a fast paced, highly multitasked environment.

The IT Support role provides 1st level support and tracking of PC hardware and software related issues.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the maintenance and support IT services and equipment covering Austria and Switzerland.

The main part of this role will include

Efficient provision of IT Operations support services within the defined support area in Austria and Switzerland.

The installation, configuration and delivery of local IT assets and services to the workforce in line with Group IT standards
Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware/software incidents/requests/problems
Providing advice and guidance to users and other IT colleagues within the wider European Support community in relation to incidents, requests and problems
Accountable for the use of the group Service Desk application as defined by Group IT Operations Delivery for all activities
Other support activities within the wider group as dictated by IT Operations management

To be considered for this excellent role candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills

Fluent in German with Business level oral and written English Language skills
Certification in Microsoft and/or network solutions (preferred).
1 plus years providing end-user support for laptops, desktops, applications and telecommunications.
Experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office software.
Experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing networked computers.
Experience with Apple IOS and Mobile Device Management
Experience/knowledge with Wireless Networks and Mobile Solutions.
Experience/knowledge with the use of BMC Remedy/Helix or similar Service Desk system
Valid driver's license
