My client is looking to recruit a relatively junior IT Support role based in wonderful and iconic surroundings in Wembley
The role will encompass
- IT support of all staff
- Incident identification and resolution
- Service requests
- Network management
- Storage issues
- Hosting
- Service improvements
- Ad-hoc project management
- Problem management
- Laptop deployment
This is an excellent and varied role and the successful candidate will soon be building on his or her IT skill-set
To be considered you will need to show that you have experience in the following areas
- Previous IT Support experience
- A friendly and outgoing manner
- The ability to get on with people of all levels of seniority
- Ability to work unsupervised but also as part of a team when required
