IT Support Project Analyst urgently required for a technology professional services company. This is a permanent role based in London.

As the IT Support Project Analyst your role will be divided between IT support and project management. The role will focus more on project management and this would be an excellent opportunity for someone from a technical background who would be interested in a future within project management. You will always be responsible for technical support alongside project management.

We require an individual who has an IT support background and / or project management experience. An IT project support person who can resolve issues but also gather requirements and provide solutions on making IT services more efficient.

Experience with the following would be nice to have:

* O365
* Windows desktop

A key part of this role will be someone with good people skills, as you will work projects covering multiple global locations. This role will require 1 trip a month to Europe
