What will you help create that currently isn't?

What your typical day looks like….

At Ola, we don't do typical days or comfort zones! Here's where we need you…..
To manage and hire our driver team in your assigned city, reporting directly to the Assistant City Manager in the South West for the initial 3/6 months with a dotted-line to the Operations Director. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a get stuff done attitude. Consider the following part of your "bag":
  • Leading the driver hiring process in your assigned city/cities;
  • Supporting the City Management Teams in the management of our driver teams;
  • Developing and optimizing our driver onboarding process to help you hit your supply target;
  • Scheduling drivers and increasing driver utilisation targets;
  • Ensure the successful scaling of the business due to order growth
  • Assisting the Demand Team in promotional activities such as in flyer distribution, engaging with members of the public and local businesses.


This will be your legacy at Ola on your first work birthday….
  • You are a master of leveraging optimal driver-supply against demand in whatever city you tread!
  • Rider satisfaction can be traced through to driver satisfaction.
  • Drivers feel at the heart of what OLA UK is about in your assigned city - they are highly engaged in us as a brand and impart that to the paying customer.
  • Your driver process is responsibly run from on- to off-boarding and compliments regulatory requirements.

You'll already have the following stripes:
  • You have experience in operational administration within the Transportation or Digital Spheres!
  • Field team recruitment experience;
  • Previous exposure to CRM and DRM systems and practices would impress.
  • Previous experience working in promotions or sales sets you apart.
  • Excellent Google Sheets and Excel skills (really, really good at pivot tables)!
