Job description

This role can be based in either London or Livingston in Scotland

The role will appeal to someone who is a very good team player who likes working in a fast paced team environment

The role will include

- supporting the Talent Acquisition team with international candidate relocation
- Coordinating the employee referral programme
- Supporting recruiters managing candidates
- Working with Onboarding teams to process referral bonus payments
- Own the project plans for 2022 Recruitment
- Managing the budget for brand and attraction,
- Paying invoices
- Working with Procurement & Finance on new and existing statements of work
- Working closely with recruitment suppliers, ensuring statement of work milestones are met, and invoices are paid on time and in line with policy
- Coordinating meetings / steering groups
- Liaising with PAs / EAs, booking rooms, and working on presentations / data packs

To be considered for this excellent and very busy roles you will need to have

Previous experience with project coordination
Proven organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including with internal stakeholders and external suppliers)
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to be proactive and suggest and implement changes to process / new solutions
