What you will do
We are looking to recruit a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Manchester. If you have previous experience of working as a Resourcer / Recruitment role either with an agency or in-house environment then this position could be for you. There are multiple opportunities to grow your career in talent acquisitions, learning and development, people and culture and working with wider areas of Johnson Controls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to directly source the best candidates on the market for Johnson Controls Fire & Security brands, whilst promoting the Johnson Controls brand and delivering an excellent candidate & stakeholder experience.

How you will do it
*Sourcing of candidates through all appropriate recruitment tools and job boards.
*Provide an excellent candidate experience by assisting in the coordination and administration of the recruitment process.
*Scheduling of candidate assessments and interviews, including travel arrangements, coordinating interviewer schedules, and other tasks associated.
*Assist with on-site interviews and candidate assessments.
*Assist in tracking and monitoring all recruiting activity.
*Be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of the business.
*Assist in day to day recruitment tasks.
*Contribute to projects as required.
*Support other team members with their task as required.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
Excellent attention to detail and have a strong desire to be successful
A minimum of 1 years recruitment experience (agency or internal)

Preferred
Degree level or equivalent
Experience in sourcing high volume positions
Engineering Knowledge
