What you will do
Providing world-class Customer Service via e-mail, portals and other communication channels both internally and externally for our Tier 1 and national account customers. Building relationships with both direct customers, FM companies and National account managers. Ensuring that all company KPI'S are met and reported on.

How you will do it
*To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our Tier 1 and national service desk customers
*Call receipt and dispatch of engineers to breakdowns
*Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
*Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment/adjust to change quickly
*Good interpersonal and communications skills
*Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once
*Strong sense of urgency, follow-through and attention to detail
*Problem solving ability
*Calm, resilient and flexible with experience in a fast paced service environment
*Experienced Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Use of email to book jobs
*Use of various portal to update clients
*Liaising with National account managers
*Produce daily reports
*Manage organize and prioritise workload in high demand
*Arrange Routine inspections for T1 customers
*Jeopardy Management of T1 Customers, tracking engineers
