What you will do

We are recruiting for a Programme Manager to join our Key Account Programme Management Team. This role will be to support some of our most important customers. This is a unique opportunity to join our PM Team based across the UK, working shoulder to shoulder with our Key Account Sales Team and Customer in order to deliver outstanding Installation and Service support.

This is a key role you will be responsible for providing programme management and deployment for various customer requirements. You will also be required to work with our operational teams to deliver excellent customer service achieving customer key performance indicators and service level agreements and work alongside our installation teams and contactors.

Ideally you will have a technical understanding or be willing to undertake training in networking, ACCESS and CCTV systems and willing to undertake additional training as required across various platforms, examples P2000, cCure, Genete, Viktor.

How you will do it

Maintain close working relationships with the Installation and Service departments in order to deliver the customers aims and objectives, also you will maintain a close working relationship with our Key Accounts Sales Team and our Customer. You will be expected to support us with the delivery installation in line with designated programmes, working closely with our installation FLM's, planners our customer's, other external PM Teams and Contractors. Also you will report and escalate any service and/or installation issues to operational managers in a timely fashion, ensuring that corrective action is taken where necessary.

Proactive communication to operational managers will be key to your success. The job will involve working across various platforms, from home, on site, in our office, or customer locations as needed, so flexibility and good time management will be needed.

What we look for

A clear, responsive communicator who is able to show clear desire and determination to succeed and have a customer focus experience within an engineering, PM or service and installation environment with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. Also have the ability to serve as a commercial partner providing guidance and support, be an integral part of the customer delivery team. Ability to demonstrate your product knowledge around CCTV and general security or be able to demonstrate a plan for development in these areas and have the ability to be pro-active in terms of time management, delivery of information and progress management, process improvement and driving customer service success.
