Lead Front End Developer role working in a product-led consultancy on an industry leading software.

Responsibilities:
*Drive transition of fintech platform towards a React & GraphQL based architecture
*Contribute to recent introduction of a new client side React based tech stack and work hands on with React code base
*Provide architectural guidance
*Build new features across company omnichannel product offerings - from customer facing selve serve mobile apps to back/middle-office customer service web apps
*Building a new testing stack
*Lead and mentor junior React Developers
*Keep up to date with tech and introduce new emerging technologies to the company

Skills Required:
*Previous experience building web apps using React
*Knowlegde of JavaScript build processes and tooling
*Good understanding of JavaScript design patterns
*Knowlegde of client side state management
*Good understanding of API design and methodologies such as REST
*Experience of integration and end-to-end testing of web applications

Experience in the following is beneficial:
*Mobile development, particularly using JavaScript based solutions such as React Native
*Experience with Typescript
*Node
*Knowledge of CSS-in-JS solutions and/or CSS preprocessors
*API technologies
*Managed large JavaScript projects
*Core Java
