Learning Designer urgently required for a well known retail brand. This is a 12 month FTC with remote working but you'll be required to visit the offices once or twice BI-WEEKLY. The offices are by the Dartford Bridge.
As the Learning Designer, you will be part of the L&D team and be responsible for the designing, creating and implementing the digital content. Someone who understands the changes required from capturing the requirements through stakeholder engagement before creating the storyboard, define and developing it before adding it to the e-learning software
The successful Learning Designer needs to have:
- Retail experience or consumer facing industry experience - Stakeholder experience, speaks to get the requirements opposed to requirements given to you - Experience designing and creating digital content with tools like Evolve / Captivate / Articulate or similar
My client do not require a Sales Trainer, someone who creates the training themselves within a consumer facing business.
