The successful applicant will be a key member of my client's Social Media team working across key launches, as well as always-on content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
The role is exciting and varied and will include:
Development marketing principals and guidelines for the social media team
Develop new processes to ensure posts are responded to by the correct teams (product, customer care, entertainment).
Identifiy efficiencies around new processes as they are rolled out, and optimise them.
Identify key opportunities for community engagement across product, TV, cinema and brand.
Actively participate in copywriting, scheduling and engaging with responses to ensure the building of an engaged community.
Take the lead on key product launches,
Roll out guidelines and governance to the wider Consumer Engagement team, and to the customer care team as needed.
Developing an excellent working relationship with the Customer care team (CSG) to ensure they are fully aligned with triage process and approach to key launches.
To be considered for this excellent role you need to have
Very good digital social media experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
A can-do attitude, happy to create assets and post them as well as ideating.
The ability to work flexibly, taking back TOIL as needed.
Ability to form strong relationships with multiple internal and external teams
