The Marketing Specialist will report into and support the Transactional Channel Marketing Manager in delivery of the Marketing Strategy and Plan for the business, driving new and incremental revenue across multiple target markets and channels in the UK.
Major areas of accountability include planning and implementing Integrated Marketing Campaigns that drive both lead and demand generation as well as brand awareness, to promote products and services to both new and existing customers, primarily for the Commercial (Small, Medium Enterprise) B2B Channel.
How you will do it
*Assist with the implementation of our ADT Marketing Strategy and Plan, specifically Commercial B2B Channel Marketing.
*Research trends and best practice market activity, develop, manage and implement new B2B Channel Marketing Campaign ideas (both Lead/Demand Generation and Brand Building) to support the Commercial channel's sales and growth targets.
*Define and get buy-in for an annual B2B Lead-nurturing Content Marketing Campaign creating and promoting educational content for each stage of the buyer's journey, to support the growth of the Commercial customer base, with marketing qualified leads and opportunities.
*Assist with actively marketing to our existing Transactional (B2B and B2C) smart services customers to increase engagement and provide marketing material to support Brand Loyalty Campaigns to increase Customer 'stickiness' and reduce churn.
*Assist with the roll out of new product and service launches through multiple communication channels.
*Write Project Proposals and Briefs and compose and proof read creative copy.
*Collaborate with internal Stakeholders, wider Project Team Members, Marketing colleagues and Agencies on Campaigns and end-user customer-facing material.
*Measure, track and report campaigns using CRM Systems, uploading forecasted results and actuals to our Global Marketing Return on Investment Online tool.
*Manage and keep up to date the suite of Commercial sales support material and artwork depository.
What we look for
*Experience of lead nurturing campaigns (B2B or B2C).
*Extensive Commercial Marketing Campaign experience with a proven track record of Campaign success driving growth with new and existing customers and demonstrating ROI.
*Solid Commercial Marketing experience, preferably in both B2B (primarily) and B2C Marketing from idea generation through to post launch analysis.
*Very good Commercial, Project and Stakeholder Management and Presentation skills with very strong interpersonal abilities.
*To be creative, results driven.
*Experience and understand of working within a subscription based business model.
*Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
*Experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
