How you will do it
The Programme Coordinator will maintain a close working relationship with the Installation and Service departments in order to deliver the customers aims and objectives. You will create and maintain an Asset Register and a As-fitted drawings filing system. And will contribute to program planning at concept and implementation stages. You will be providing the coordination and implementation of designated programmes. And you will ensure that service delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processes, including service level agreements and engineer documentation.
The programme coordinator will plan and schedule the new service delivery and the new installation rollouts, to support manpower allocations guaranteeing that programs are completed within the specified time frame. You will also prepare, produce and distribute performance reports and programmes as required internally by the operation and externally to customers. You will coordinate communication with customer during all phases of the project and you will also coordinate the work of subcontractors.

AutoCAD experience desirable
