Network Support Engineer urgently required for a global technology voice & data services provider. This is a permanent role based in London. This role will be a 24x7 shift role.
As the successful Network Support Engineer you will be part of a Network Operations Team supporting global client networks within an ITIL environment, following SLA agreements.
This Network Engineer will be providing network support to the end users who are very reliant on SIP / voice recording / PBX / VoIP technologies.
My client has a mix of data and voice technologies, covering both routing, switching and voice protocols.
Additional experience with the following will be highly desirable:
· Turrets / Dealerboards
· Voice recording
· PBX
· VOIP
· SIP
The right technical experience is important as is your experience of working in an ITIL environment.
This is a great technical role that will challenge and develop you no end.
