Order Process Administrator

What you will do
The Security Products Customer Services Team - EMEA is based in the Heathrow office. The team's primary duties entail order processing. We are looking for an Order Process Administrator who is up for the challenge of being an integral part of delivering excellent customer support within a small, fast paced team. The team mainly works with intrusion and the access and video brands including American Dynamics, Exacq, Illustra, Software House, Kantech, DSC and Visonic, all leading security management solutions brands.

How you will do it
You will be responsible for supporting revenue targets of the immediate and wider business, order entry, sales support, liaising with Planning/Purchasing/Customer Service and Warehousing teams, managing customer expectation, returns, reporting and handling escalations/complaints.

*Graduate level education preferred but not essential
*Knowledge of JDE ERP system advantageous
*Experience in report writing and doing presentations would be desirable
