I am looking to recruit a contract Business Analyst to join a rapidly expanding function within my clients based in the City of London

The successful candidate will be responsible for....

- Working with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll team and relevant vendors.

- Troubleshooting problems to determine root causes where possible,

- Determine remediation steps

- Proactively following up with all parties on remediation efforts, whether technical or business process related

- Testing any changes to system logic or files and provide test results and summaries

- Keeping all parties informed on the progress of issue resolution and testing

- Creating documentation related to changes

Skill set

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and/or experience

- Experience with payroll systems or vendors

- Experience with data reviews and management

- Project experience a plus

- Ability to interpret and distil complex information and data

- Good communication skills

- Ability to communicate at various levels of the organization

- Can work independently
