What you will do
The performance team leader will support the procurement manager in aligning and delivering key objectives for our business growth plan. You will lead and drive key initiatives, y delivering against clear performance objectives and KPI's within the purchasing team by coaching, driving for performance and implanting a performance management culture. The objective of the role will be to by driving productivity, engagement and delivering results through key goals and objectives

How you will do it
You will take personal responsibility for leading and managing a team to deliver results and positively impacting business performance, recognizing and providing solutions for process As Performance Team Leader within the UK&I Field Procurement team you will be supporting a multi-million pound spend and driving savings.
You will provide regular reports and analysis of data supporting the improvement through management of performance and business compliance. You will also establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers. Provide thought leadership and act as a Business Partner towards respective business alignment; personally engage in relationship management activities including briefings on progress, escalation management, compliance challenges, etc. Engaging business unit leaders regularly, reporting updates, evolving strategy.
