The purpose of the QR / Projects Planner is to deliver a first class customer service to our customers. You will be coordinating customer remedial works within the South East Sprinkler Service Team , planning the workload of our engineers up to 28 days ahead to make sure we fulfil our customers' requirements with in the agreed SLA's. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensuring any materials and equipment the engineer requires is on site, including Permits and RAMS are arranged in time for the engineer to attend.
How you will do it
*Work closely with your Field Line Manager to support the Service Manager in meeting customer expectations.
*Attend daily/weekly/ monthly meetings with service managers and FLM'S on teams to enhance both internal and external working relationships to ensure a clear understanding of how the planning of engineers & materials best suits our client base.
*Highlight any issues which could affect the delivery of the planned works schedule.
*Arrange any pre- requisites ie RAMS permits and engineer competencies.
*Deal with the day to day admin and planning between client & Customer Service Department.
*Liaise with suppliers to facilitate material ordering.
*Control , & update engineer training matrix.
