My client is looking to recruit a pair of very strong PMO Analysts to join their very busy, expanding team in their North Kent based offices
Please bear in mind that this role is hybrid and being in the office 2 to 3 days a week is expected
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in the following areas
- experience working in Change Delivery across multiple disciplines
- experience of working in a PMO function
- managing multiple business and change stakeholders and activities
- providing guidance, training and awareness around PMO and project methodology standards is essential.
The role is multi-faceted and will centre round
Providing the analysis and assurance across the change portfolio, programmes and projects.
The PMO Analysts look to improve the quality of projects and increase the likelihood of delivering on time, within budget and realising outcomes,
Ensuring compliance with processes and standards.
Analyse and consult in the identification of improved changes and influence others in the successful adoption of new standards and procedures
Build the capability and maturity across the Change Function in the delivery of projects through coaching and deliver training to Programme & Project Managers,
Improve the capabilities of the PMO team in the management and support of the portfolio.
