My client is looking to recruit a strong PMO project manager who can work on the following areas

Responsible for implementation of a range of projects and initiatives within the Innovation & Technology workstream.

Manages and delivers multiple projects with a view to achieving the benefits expected in the business case.

Develops and maintains plans and schedules for each assigned project.

Contributes to the successful implementation of the project by developing, monitoring and controlling project management plans, schedules and costs.

Collaborates and coordinates with other internal teams and suppliers to ensure implementation transitions to BAU efficiently and service requirements of the business in adopting new I&T solutions (eg training, IT support) are being effectively met

Adopts project delivery framework and ensures good project management practices are maintained.

Ensures that changes to scope are managed, and risks and issues are resolved.

Reports regularly on status.

Identifies required process changes and helps to introduce these to support the adoption and launch of new I&T solutions

In collaboration with the business owners and change and communications makes recommendations on optimum times to introduce change into the business.

Coordinates project teams comprised of a business owner, work stream leads, business analysts, subject matter experts and change analysts.

Collaborates with business owners and change and communications on the management of stakeholder expectations.

To be considered for this excellent role you will need to demonstrate the following

- Project management experience
- Project management accreditations
- Agile/Waterfall
- PMO experience
- Change management experience
- Process improvement
