Power Electronics Automotive SME- Munich, Germany- Permanent opportunity

I am currently working with a global technology consultancy who are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Automotive SME to work onsite for one of their automotive clients for a permanent opportunity based in Munich.

Technical requirements:

  • Experience in software architecture development of high-power equipment for Automotive applications
  • Experience in software development for HV Battery Management Systems, power inverter and converter applications
  • Experience in Autosar architectures and tools using multicore architecture (Aurix/ST controllers)
  • Experience in motor (speed and Torque) control algorithms for inverters
  • Experience in battery technologies - Cell balancing, SOC, SOH, Isolation measurement, emergency disconnect

Other requirements:

  • Years of Experience: 12 to 15 years in Automotive software and System development
  • Experience in building teams and leading for successful delivery
  • Experience in customer handling, escalation management, customer relationship management
  • Understanding of market dynamics in specific domain in EU OEM and Tier1 marketplace
  • Ability to convince customer to successfully execute and deliver projects
  • Ability to define, estimate, plan and execute POC and Pilot project for winning large deals from customers

Education:

  • Min Qualification: Engineering degree in Electrical/electronics
