Process Engineer

What you will do
To support the Engineering & Manufacturing operation by evaluating, developing and improving manufacturing methods and processes. Improvements to be deployed in conjunction with the Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodology. Development of CER in support of Frome strategic plan.

How you will do it
Review and evaluate the site manufacturing processes to highlight Quality Yield, Capacity and Energy efficiency improvement opportunities - 20%
Collect data and use statistical and fact based analysis to generate and deliver comprehensive project proposals & capital expenditure requests - 20%
Own and deliver Process Improvement Projects - 30%
Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to deliver change through inclusion and team work - 20%
Identify best practice standard operating procedures and generate detailed control documentation - 10%

Strong interpersonal skills required in order to engage with direct and indirect personnel in problem solving and leading change.
Demonstrating accountability for good customer service and on time delivery of agreed actions, effective listening and considered response is key.
To have firsthand experience in leading and managing lean/Six Sigma/TQC Process manufacturing improvement projects and be able to demonstrate track record of.
