Procurement / Contract Analyst- Dublin, Ireland- Initial 6-month contract
I am currently working with a global technology consultancy who is looking for an experienced Procurement/Contract Analyst to work on a 6-month project for one of their biggest telecommunication end clients in Dublin.

Summary of the role and responsibilities:
1. Reviewing and consolidating input of Hardware and Software Assets, including the likes of:
*Actively tracking software and hardware support agreements
*Software metering for license reclaiming
*Support budgeting and forecasting for software and hardware agreements and overall investments

2. Licenses' management, including but not limited to:
*License usage and compliance, including with the client to remediate where required
*New license resulting from changes in the environment / hardware / applications / licensing models
*Timely notification of expiry to carry out renewals
*Liaision with the client during audits / questions about license usage 

3. Review sessions with key suppliers, including creation of performance reports for the suppliers

4. Third Party Contracts:
*Support the preparation for support and maintenance renewals
*Support contract renewals / terminations activities, including exploring alternative options for optimization
*Alert the client to notify Third Party Contract activity in a timely fashion
*Supporting the client's planning and control processes
*Support requests / changes raised by suppliers, for the client to action
*Notify the client of any claims or disputes in relation to a Third-Party contract

Skills required:
Essential:
*Experience in the operational execution of Third-Party contracts for products and services
*Experience in assets management, including Licenses, 3rd Party Software, Hardware
*Experience in creation, tracking and reporting on KPIs, SLAs and OLAs
*Experience in supporting budgetary analysis
*Experience in renewals and termination of Third-Party contracts
*Experience in performance reviews of Third-Party contracts / vendors
*Understanding of infrastructure and applications towers
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

Desirable:
*Knowledge of Telecoms domain
*Experience in commercial management
*Experience in product evaluation
