This is a Product Manager role focusing on packaging and parcels as they are key determinants of cost as well as user experience for the company. It has been identified as an area with significant revenue potential in the future making the position even more integral.
The chosen applicant will be playing a key role in ensuring adequate product planning. It is a substantial commitment in this area therefore a product manager will be very beneficial to take control.
Manage the entire end-to-end packaging solution and all package standardisation.
Lead and support engineering teams to produce world-class solutions that unlock scale and vital speed for the overall business.
Research available 3rd party products and services.
Use necessary internal tools for analytics.
Bring a key focus to optimisation.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 2-3 years from a similar type of position constructing a big picture and progressing an innovative business.
Experience of data driven decision making
Good technical awareness and knowledge in order to be able work effectively with engineers/developers.
Superb communication skills with evident abilities of influencing, structuring and planning long-term objectives for international teams.
Process mapping and ability to create a roadmap with improvements linked to business objectives.
Experience of working with 3rd party services/tools.
Experience of working with data visualisation tools.
Previous experience in Python, ML or SQL is a bonus but not essential to be successful in the role.
