I am currently working with a Productivity-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialist that are looking to add an exceptional Product Manager to their team in Stockholm on a permanent basis.
Who they are:
They are an Employee Experience Platform that offers Productivity-as-a-Service (PaaS) to businesses and their employees, as well as a pleasant hardware, software, and service purchase experience. They also assist businesses in being more environmentally friendly in their operations. Employers gain a comprehensive picture of all the company's licences and units, while employees have more freedom to customise their working environment.
*Lead the work of a fantastic asset management system that will allow companies all over the world to have a solid grasp of what hardware and software is being used internally.
*Facilitate the creation of a best-in-class asset management system that enables their users to understand how hardware equipment is used within their organisation and identifies weak spots.
*Build a team with a clear goal in mind and a thorough understanding of their target audience. Create a team process for rapid prototyping, product discovery, and well-communicated product upgrades and features releases.
*Develop a relationship with a few key customers and make them into reference customers who actively participate in product development by providing feedback on prototypes, taking part in interviews, and guiding them towards the optimal product for their needs.
Who you are:
*Demonstrate ownership: Take full responsibility for your job. This entails sweating the small stuff to ensure that their partners have an exceptional platform experience. It also implies that you are accountable for ensuring that you not only understand what you are working on, but also why you are working on it, and that you are able to communicate this to the rest of the team.
*Show curiosity: As a person and an employee, strive to learn and grow. Seek in-depth understanding of their customers and their industry, and search for methods to improve their processes on a regular basis.
*Think analytically: Structure and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, then develop conclusions based on your own experiences. Ask the tough questions and cast doubt on crucial beliefs.
*Pay attention to the finer details: Don't let crucial elements go through the gaps, as this can undermine a project. Look for methods to improve your work and make it even better.
*Be a fantastic communicator: Speak and write simply and concisely, keeping your audience's concerns in mind. Keep stakeholders and users up to date on new projects and developments, as well as bug progress.
*Bring the best out of your colleagues: Look for opportunities to help others. Look for ways to improve the company's working environment. You should leave things in a better state than you found them.
*Hands on experience: Have worked within a product management function for at least 5 years, preferably at a growing tech company.
