Program Manager - Global Accounts
Reporting to: National Accounts Programme Team Manager
This role can be based anywhere in the UK and will involve travel in UK&I

What you will do
Responsible for providing programme management and deployment
for various national account customer requirements whilst
supporting the national accounts sales channels and operational
teams to deliver excellent customer service achieving customer key.
This position is to support the national accounts customer base which can be
based in the UK&I or from the global account customer base.

How you will do it
Planning and scheduling of new service delivery programmes to support
manpower allocations guaranteeing that planned maintenance calls and call‐outs
are completed within the specified time frame.
Planning and scheduling of new installation rollouts and programmes to support
manpower allocations guaranteeing that programs are completed within the
specified time frame.
Coordination and collation of engineers' documentation to ensure both accuracy
and expediency, including inspection dockets, compliance certificates, audits and
dilapidation reports.
Programme design in conjunction with Planners and FLM's to allow scheduling of
manpower and equipment requirements for programmed jobs, guaranteeing
that the jobs are completed within the specified time frame and budget
allocated.
Design and communicate customer specific Health & Safety information to
support the operational teams to ensure compliance with all legislation.
Interact with web portals and customer reporting interfaces.
Review performance and implement changes to improve performance to
achieve agreed goals.
Design, planning and implementation of installation rollouts and service
programmes.
Customer interactions at pre and post sale, during deployment and throughout
contract life cycle.

What we look for
Essential
Appropriate experience in a customer facing environment
High end product knowledge including CCTV, Access Control, Network / IP and
fire.
PC literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products with proven skills
in data handling programs, program planning applications and web portal
interfaces.
Travel and overnight stays may be required in deployment of duties.
Preferred
Programme / Project Management qualification
H&S accreditation
Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
University Degree in relevant subject desirable
