As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing programme coordination and deployment for various national account customer requirements whilst supporting the national accounts sales channels and operational teams as well as delivering excellent customer service achieving customer Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
How you will do it
As a Programme Coordinator, your duties will include: Maintaining a close working relationship with the Installation and Service departments, coordination and implementation of designated programmes, contributing to program planning and project design, ensuring that service delivery is being managed in accordance with the agreed processes, escalations and corrective actions being raised to the relevant departments, proactively communicating to the operational managers for resource and procurement planning, planning and scheduling of new service delivery programmes, coordination and collation of engineers' documentation and the creation and distribution of reports.
