Working for a digital insurance organization on an initial 4 month contract, you will lead the Data Platform & Marketing Technology programmes supporting data driven Personalised Customer Ecosystem strategy. Leading a virtual team, you leverage your implementation expertise to support the execution of our Data Platform & Marketing Technology capabilities. You accelerate delivery where possible, problem solve where required, and engage teams on delivery.
*Implement a rigorous approach to programme management and delivery against the Data Platform & Marketing Technology objectives.
*Document and deliver a programme of activity prioritized by the Chief Data Offer.
*Lead and inspire the virtual teams to deliver executional excellence, aligned to joint outcomes.
*Pre-empt and actively drive resolution of resource requirements, dependencies, risks and issues.
*Drive and facilitate decision making at all levels.
*Ensure stakeholders are managed effectively, and update don progress, key risks and issues.
*Extensive experience in implementing Data Platform & Marketing Technology initiatives.
*Self-motivated, resilient and collaborative team player and leader.
*Excellent communication, influencing and strategic planning skills. Strong change management experience.
*Experience in Data Platforms and Salesforce/Adobe.
