Program Manager - HR Strategy & Change

Working for a leading digital insurance company on an initial 6 month contract.

Responsibilities include:
* Play a major role in strategic and operational change
* Support development and implementation of HR strategies
* Translate HR strategy into workable solutions
* Provide guidance and support in all aspects of people
* Manage multiple work streams and large business change
* Delivering high level presentations
* Ensure business culture and values remains at the forefront of people activity

Experience required:
* CIPD qualified or other occupational qualifications that are HR or talent related
* Experience working in fast paced commercial environments
* Stakeholder management at senior leader level
* Ability to manage multiple work streams and large business change
* Presentation skills
